    Returns/Refund Policy

    Returns for refund can be made within 30 days of purchase; if you are not satisfied with our product(s). A full refund less bank charges and shipping fees will be processed and issued through the means the payment was made. The following conditions apply:

    2.    Return Items must remain unused.
    3.    Please note that items that have been resized or altered are not eligible for refunds.
    4.    Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
    5.    Refunds are processed within 3 - 5 days.
    6.    No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 30 days from the delivery date

    Varitsa Jewellers will not be made liable for an item not properly taken care of and thus resulting to damage by the customer within or after 30 days of purchase.
