Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all certificates and original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@varitsajewellers.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid, insured return shipping label — return shipping is on us.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days and email you to confirm.

Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty

Every Varitsa piece is handmade and inspected before it ships. If a manufacturing defect ever appears — a loose stone, a broken prong, a faulty clasp — we'll repair or replace it free, for life. Just email us a photo and we'll arrange it.

This covers our craftsmanship, not normal wear, accidental damage, or loss.

Complimentary resizing

Rings can be resized once, free of charge, within 60 days of purchase. Email us to arrange it.

Final sale

Custom-designed and engraved pieces are made just for you and are final sale.

Returns/Refund Policy

Returns for refund can be made within 30 days of purchase; if you are not satisfied with our product(s). A full refund less bank charges and shipping fees will be processed and issued through the means the payment was made. The following conditions apply:

1.    Item must have the jewelry tag attached and unaltered.
2.    Return Items must remain unused.
3.    Please note that items that have been resized or altered are not eligible for refunds.
4.    Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
5.    Refunds are processed within 3 - 5 days.
6.    No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 30 days from the delivery date

Varitsa Jewellers reserves the right to void this policy on any item with signs of abuse/damage/misuse as ascertained by our jewelry professionals. 

Varitsa Jewellers will not be made liable for an item not properly taken care of and thus resulting to damage by the customer within or after 30 days of purchase.

Final Sale

"Final Sale" items cannot be returned. Merchandise is sold as-is and without warranties. Varitsa Jewellers is not responsible for defects or repairs. Some products may be irregular or imperfect. Varitsa Jewellers is not responsible for quality and repair cost.
